We harness machine-learning software to predict antibiotic resistance and determine pathogen types. Our software runs in a medical grade cloud infrastructure fulfilling current regulatory requirements and those from upcoming IVDR (EU 2017/746) and patient data privacy (EU 2016/679)
The prediction of antibiotic resistance is done from whole genome sequencing data of M. tuberculosis. It covers resistance against the 15 most commonly used antibiotics in tuberculosis treatment.
